To determine  the size of your eyepiece, remove one side and measure the diameter of the open eye tube in millimeters. Some eyepieces are held in place by a set screw that must be loosened with an Allen wrench or small screwdriver in order to be removed. The majority of microscopes will have 23 mm.10X power eyepieces.
